Legacy of Kain: Soul Reaver 2 šš§” Halloween in Nosgoth & London Skyline LoK DJ Set ā¤ļøāš„
I have something incredibly special prepared for you this Halloween š
Join me tomorrow the 30th at 5 pm BST as Iāll not only be playing through one of the most iconic & nostalgic games that shaped both my soundtrack style and my taste in games as a whole, but also performing a live dj set of my soundtrack revisits, including a brand new track reveal during the stream of the legendary Legacy of Kain: Soul Reaver II š„š„š„
Sitting on my dadās lap as a kid watching him play SR2, being scared to play it myself and exploring only the Sarafan Stronghold level where there were only human enemies (:D) has all somehow fundamentally engraved itself in my mind... I then forgot about the game for many years and couldn't remember what it was called in English, remembering only the Russian "ŠŠ¾Š¶ŠøŃŠ°ŃŠµŠ»Ń ŠŃŃ" and a "blue monster creature" you played as... and so it was with that prompt that I went to Google and re-discovered this game roughly 10 years after seeing it as a kid.
Fast forward to living in NYC and working on my first game scores - this franchise always had a kind of a powerful pull on me, and so pursuing the project I went on to compose for Blood Omnicide and Soul Revenant circa 2016-2017 - which were ambitious fan remakes of the original classics led by Razorwind Games and Monika ErÅsovĆ” (Raina Audron), where I ended up re-composing the majority of the tracks from the originals!
To my surprise these "Revisits" became a massive success as they have generated over half a million plays across digital platforms and were talked about across several Reddit discussions and the Legacy of Kain community!
Oh how happy we all were seeing that Monika took over the recent Remastered versions at AspyrĀ & Crystal DynamicsĀ and it finally feels like the series is getting back the attention it deserves.
Vae Victis!! And I'll see you on Friday š„ š„
5-6 pm - Soul Reaver II Game Stream
6-7 pm - Legacy of Kain OST Dj Stream including the premiere of my brand new 2026 SR tribute single ā¤ļøāš„ā¤ļøāš„
